Ingredients
Sushi roll: Water, Rice, Sunflower oil, Rice vinegar, Avocado, Cucumber, Organic cane sugar, Organic tapioca syrup, Konjac, Seaweed, Sea salt, Rice starch, Potato starch, Distilled vinegar, Red quinoa, Pea protein, Pea starch, Red pepper powder, Organic chickpea miso [organic rice koji (organic rice, koji spores), organic chickpeas, sea salt], Sodium carbonate, Natural flavors, Chili powder, Organic monk fruit extract, Xanthan gum, Turmeric, Lycopene (from tomatoes), Ascorbic acid, Citric acid.
Tamari sauce: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Lactic acid, Rice vinegar.

Preparation
Hot tap water - Ready in 10 minutes
Remove from box. Put frozen pack of sushi in hot water. Keep fully submerged with heavy dish on top of pack for 7–10 minutes. (For 4 pack, follow same steps but submerge for 6–8 minutes.) If still cold, put it back in for 1-2 minutes until fully thawed. Remove from water, rest for 3 minutes, then enjoy.
Thaw to eat - ready in 2.5 hours
Allow frozen sushi to thaw in package at room temperature for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Tip: take frozen sushi to school or work and it’ll be ready by lunch.
Microwave (1000W) - ready in 1-2 minutes
Remove frozen sushi & space them out on microwave-safe plate. Cover with a wet paper towel. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Flip them, then add 10 seconds at a time until fully thawed. Let rest until sushi reaches room temperature then enjoy.
